Yusuferman!

Make no mistake, we still hate Lalit Modi. But let’s face it, IPL isn’t skin-deep cricket.

Yes sir. There is intense drama. And there is heart-wrenching tragedy too.

Come March and the Athenians had their Dionysia where Greek tragedies were staged. 26 centuries since then and March still springs tragedy on us.

His profile says he is from Baroda. Actually, Yusuf Pathan is straight from the pages of the great Greek tragedies of Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides.

even his team mates were so awestruck by his innings that they forgot to bat and score...

SP, it was mind-numbing indeed.

Yusuf Pathan needs the backing of his Captain. He doesn't commit the mistake of using too much of his little brain. That is his strength if he has a Skipper who pats him on the back and says: "Go and hit the -hit out of those guys". But when people like Dhoni expect him to hit as well as think, Yusuf starts to falter. Earlier Dhoni realizes this, better it is for Cricket India!

Govind, precisely the point. YP needs to feel he has the unstinted support of his captain. He's a player who needs a licence from his skipper to bat the way he likes, not otherwise. Shane Warne draws the best out of him and kudos to Shane.

Or...

Yusuf could be the result of a scientific experiment of fusing Sunny Deol's and Rajini's DNA samples.
